This role is for a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the growing team of TPMs. The Staff TPM will lead programs focused on advancing the Tech organization’s ways of working, including project management platform migration (Jira) and developing best practices. The TPM team acts as a force multiplier for the Tech organization by driving cross-functional, technical initiatives.

Lead the strategy and execution of Site Connect, Datavant’s core interoperability product enabling scalable, secure, and standards-based connectivity between providers and third parties. This important role is at the intersection of platform, integration, and operations, with a focus on building both scalable solutions and supporting custom implementations as needed.
